Capsicums originated in the country of South America and were introduced in Asian countries by Portuguese or Mexicans.

Storage – shelf life
You should store capsicums as a whole to retain maximum crunchiness. You can store them in containers, plastic bags or crisper drawer of your refrigerator. They can be stored for 7 to 10 days.
